MIC SOCIAL & WELFARE BUREAU RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM A KUANG RESIDENT ON SUNDAY (26/01/2014) REGARDING A DRAINAGE ISSUE WHICH WAS PERSISTING FOR 2 YEARS, WE IMMEDIETLY VISISTED THE LOCATION AND TOOK SOME PICTURES AND LODGED AND OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO JKR PETALING ON(30/01/2014) AFTER HAVING INITIAL DISCUSISIONS WOTH JPS (JABATAN PERAIRAN SELANGOR) AND JKR GOMBAK AND URGED THEM TO TAKE IMMDIET ACTION AS IT INVOLVES HEALTH MATTERS , WE ALSO MADE E ADUAN VIA JKR OFFICIAL WEBSITE AND WAS RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY BY JKR OFFICERS
AFTER LODGING THE COMPLAINT JKR MADE A VERY PROMPT ACTION BY MAKING A NEW DRAINAGE SYSTEM ON (07/02/2014) AND THE MATTER IS SOLVED , WE WOULD LIKE TO EXTAND OUR GRATITUDE TO JABATAN KERJA RAJA DEARAH PETALING AND OTHER INVOLVED WHO SETTLED THIS MATTER PROMPTLY AND THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE
